Buggy and Tractor Show:  

Expected to be on display are many buggies, including a few Tyson and Jones buggies, a doctor's buggy and several built by Amish communities.  There will also be vintage tractors, all makes and models, on display during the festival.

Classic Car and Truck Show:  

Sponsored by the Sandhills Classic Street Rod Association.  Approximately 100 cars and trucks will be on display.  Registration for the event is $15.00 before May 1 and $20.00 after that date.  All proceeds from the show are donated to local charities. Children's Activity Area:

Children of all ages can play from 9 a.m. - 4 p.m. FREE of charge. New rides this year include the Super Atomic Rush, Jungle Playland, the Big Top and the Foam Pit. Come prepared to get wet in the Foam Pit!  The Scrap Exchange will return with their fantastic, wacky collection of fun stuff to let your imagination run wild.  Take a turn and jump as high as you can on the bungee trampoline or experience a simulated fire and learn how to protect yourself in the Fire Safety Trailer.   

Run for the Buddies:  

Communities in Schools of Moore County will be hosting their fourth annual Run for the Buddies race that will begin and end at New Century Middle School located at 1577 Union Church Road in Cameron. Registration opens at 7:00 a.m. The Fun Run starts at 8:00 a.m. and the fee is $15.00. The 5K begins at 8:30 a.m. and the fee is $25.00.  Register by downloading the form at www.cismoore.org, online at www.active.com or onsite the day of the race.  For more information contact Enjoli Reed at runforthebuddies@gmail.com or 910-295-1072.

Moore County Library Book Sale:  

Friends of the Library Big Buggy Fest Book Sale!  Thursday, May 11 - Saturday, May 13 at the library located at 101 Saunders Street.  Browse for book bargains while enjoying the day at the festival!  For more information contact the library at 910-947-5335.
 
 
Come and enjoy the fun! There is a little bit of something for everyone!  Bring a chair and come enjoy the entertainment including Bluegrass, Southern Rock, Gospel, High School Band and Beach music!  Over 125 vendors serving food and selling their items!  Free children's section for all ages!
