bUT, THIS IS WHAT HAPPENED LAST YEAR...

Events at the 2025 Festival

 Buggy and Tractor Show:  
Expected to be on display are many buggies, including a few Tyson and Jones buggies, a doctor's buggy and several built by Amish communities.  There will also be vintage tractors on display during the festival.

**Additional Note:  Appraisals cannot be made from photographs.

Classic Car and Truck Show:  

Sponsored by the Sandhills Classic Street Rod Association.  Approximately 75-100 classic cars and trucks will be on display.  On-Site registration only for the event. Registration fee is $25.  All proceeds from the show are donated to local charities. Registration forms with more detailed information can be found in our Applications Section.

Kid's Activity Area:

Children of all ages can play from 9 a.m. - 4 p.m. FREE of charge. This year our kids zone will pack a whole new level of excitement. Play Hungry-Hungry Hippos, run the Obstacle Course, or simply try your luck on the slide or bounce house.

Fun for all ages can be found at the Buggy Festival Kids Zone! 

Rock-Climbing Wall:   

Visitors aimed high and worked their way through the adventure of climbing the 30 foot towering rock wall!  All adrenaline junkies were welcomed!

Magic & Comedy by Glenn:

Everyone LOVES a magician! Come and be entertained by Glen Yost, an amazing magician from the Charlotte area. Mr. Yost has performed for festivals and events all over the country.  His style of magic mixed with comedy is sure to keep you busy trying to figure out how he does what he does!

Small Animal Adoptions:

The Moore County Sheriff's Department Animal Control AND Caring Hearts for Canines will be bringing their animals available for adoption. Come out and see if you may find your next best friend and newest family member!  The little lost souls need your love and care. They will return it to you in droves!

Caricature Artist:

Dan Smith is from Raleigh and works with About Faces Entertainment. He has been working as a professional caricature artist for close to fourteen years.  He has drawn caricatures at malls, theme parks, fairs, conventions, private parties, and for special occasions up and down the east coast. He freelances as a commercial illustrator and designer, as well as a comic book artist and writer. 


Come and enjoy the fun! There is a little bit of something for everyone!  Bring a chair and come enjoy the entertainment including Classic & 90's Rock, Contemporary Christian, Acoustic Rock /Folk and Beach music!  Over 125 vendors serving food and selling their items!  Free children's section for all ages! 
 

Only friendly, well-behaved dogs are allowed. Please be considerate of others and keep your dogs on a leash and clean up after them. Pet stations are available.
